The Wines of Verona - Accadmia del Vino Wine Lecture Series This week, Victor Rallo, Jr., and Anthony Verdoni lecture on the wines of Verona in the Veneto region of Italy. They discuss the origins and how Ripasso Valpolicella wine is made today, how wine ingredients are changing, the role botrytis plays in the grape drying process, and of course a few stories along the way. Undici Taverna Rustica in Rumson, New Jersey proudly presents the Accademia del Vino Wine Lecture Series with Victor Rallo, Jr. and Anthony Verdoni. Undici hosts the Accademia del Vino wine tasting and lecture dinners in order to educate and spread our love of Italian wine.
